www.lastminute.com are pretty good and you could also try travelsupermarket, but I recommend before booking your hotel to check out the real review at www.tripadvisor.com

easy jet is pretty fair, however the best thing to do is buy tickets months earlier, it would be much much cheaper. Goodluck.
