Most of them are scam.. they ask for upfront payment and guarantee that you'll cover it in days.. but then they disappear..

elance and guru are good option you can try to explore others as well.

if you are looking for something legitimate and interesting as well, i must tell you, long term steady income require some patience and dedication.. fast and easy money are mostly scams..

I suggest you setup an online store, or start a blog and monetize it. Both these options are free to start. Its interesting and fun as well.
