I am a NYSSMA vocal judge!  You need a copy of the manual - YOU cannot get one, but your school teacher can make you a list.  If you have a private teacher, they should also have a Manual.  BTW - new Manual coming out for next year (I assisted on the revision committee, for the flute section).  So be careful what you choose - it MIGHT be different soon.  Probably NOT until July of 09 - but do not plan TOO far ahead with your choices.
