  1. get some help because you are on the fast track to addiction to pain killers.

  2. Ultram is NOT a narcotic, but a strong anti-inflammatory, pain reliever.  It is prescription only, for a reason. Just plain old Motrin, Ibuprofen....will give you the same results.  Tramadol, generic Ultram, is 50MG.  Ibuprofen OTC  is 200MGs.  Motrin prescription strength is 400, 600, or 800MG.

You can take 2, 3, or 4 Motrin 200MG OTC, and it will be the same as the prescription strength.  Always start with just one.  See if that is enough to help your pain.

If no relief after an hour, take another.  BE SURE you take it with food, or a small glass of milk.  It can upset stomachs sometimes.

You do not state your age.  If you are 16 or older, this dosing would be fine for you, depending on what kind of pain you are using it for.  {The Ibuprofen}  If you are younger, you do not need to be using ANY medication without parental guidance!!!!

If you are thinking you are going to get some "high" from this, you are wrong.  I hope this is not the reason you are asking about it.

You need to see a doctor, to get a prescription for it.

  3. Tramadol, or Ultram, is a narcotic for pain. You are not going to find anything that strong OTC. Tylenol and ibuprofen are your choices.
