The Garden of Augustus on Capri http://www.capriwedding.com/index.html seems like a perfect venue to me, but there are a lot of good spots.

try http://www.villaeliana.com/....they also do the ceromony and the views are spectacular......plus you eat really well there. I have been at quite a few weddings in Sorrento/Amalfi and the ones held here were the best!
