I have no idea where to go coz I really want to learn but I can't even read music.

Start with your local newspaper and look at the classified section at the back of the paper ...usually under music.

If you want to be really good, try ringing Victorian College of the Arts and ask for good music references...

or try google and search on "guitar lessons melbourne"

also some music shops selling instruments usually can give references or guidance on music teachers/lessons.
