Rain Forest Cafe and Lawry's The Prime Rib still have them.  Many restaurants are switching to early weekday specials and smaller entries for lower prices.

TGI Friday's recently discontinued their points card.  I don't know of any others

Barnes and Noble and Borders does as well.

If you're thinking of restaurants, Chop't Creative Salad has a deal where if you buy 9 salads, you get the 10th free.  At the falafel place in Adams Morgan, if you buy eight falafel sandwiches, you get one free.

Grocery stores: Harris Teeter has a VIC card that gets you discounts on certain items.  Safeway does as well, but most of the Safeways in the Adams Morgan-Dupont area are just AWFUL.

MOM's stores offer PostPoints.  I just wish they had one near me.
