Does anyone know any prepaid cards that accept paypal?

ive been trying to apply for a paypal top up card, but my application has not been successful, so ild like more options, that accept paypal.

Hi - i actually did a lot of research on these cards.  The Bank Freedom prepaid debit card is by far the best.  They have the lowest fees and have a free activation.  You can use direct deposit and they waive their monthly fee - so in effect the card is free.  go to http://www.bankfreedom.com for more details.

try 3v, its a virtual credit card. we use it for ebay all the time.
