Does anyone know any private colleges that accept students who skipped grades

Yes.  All of them.  They see it all the time and don't even blink.  At the beginning of my sophomore year of high school, my family moved from a city with a top-notch school system to a city whose school system was really mediocre.  After my sophomore year, I skipped straight on to senior year.  I still managed to graduate in the top 5 in my class.  And I was accepted to every college that I applied to, complete with scholarships offered.

Truly, skipping a grade is no big deal as long as your grades are good.
