  1. Hi, beer costs from 3 to 7 € a pack of 10 in the shops, wine is cheap, mainly around 4 to 10 € for most.

There are many more kinds of wine so, I can't give an exact price.

  2. You can buy a bottle of good Bordeaux wine ( cote de bourg or cote de blaye) from 5€ in a supermarket.

A pint of beer is around 3 € in a pub

Cigarettes ares very expensive (a Marlboro 20's is more than 5€)

  3. if you are buying booze, there's carrefour or tesco. you can probably find other places cheaper outside the shopping centre, but cite europ is just really convenient.

you'll get better wine than in the supermarkets here, and cheaper. if it's £6 in tesco's in london it's probably about 6 euros for a better bottle in tesco cite europ.

but you've missed the good old days when they sold 4 packs of decent table wine for 3 euros!!!

cigarettes are about the same as in the duty free i think - about £35 for 200 ?? i don't smoke so i'm not sure

  4. In several restaurants I noticed that a beer or wine started around 4 euros, which is much cheaper than the soft drinks.
