I know eating healthy is one thing. What kinds of things should I eat? And please tell me any other secrets you know to grow your hair faster.

  1. After I take a shower every night, I rinse my hair in cold water. It makes it shinny and longer

    I take the first one (the program with the 3 bottles), MSM, and Fish Oil. My hair grows super fast and strong (2-3 inches a month!)

    Note: If you don't want to take the above multivitamin and only want the Biotin (the vitamin you want), make sure you take some kind of multivitamin without Biotin in conjunction with the GNC 2500 mcg. Biotin will not work unless it's supplemented by other neccessary vitamins.
