dont think there is one, but i know france is politically stable, malaysia's govenment are fighting sepratist insurgents, canada is stable, argentina is a bit topsy turvy, and im not sure about the others.

politcal stability is practicaly what it says, how stable is the politics of a country. UK for example is politicaly stable, an elected government is in charge, the army know their place,elections happen as plan. Zimbabwe however is the other end of the spectrum. Rigged elections, military in de facto power, no civil liberties, dictator is head of state
