Does anyone know any thing about the 2nd stage of the frog cycle?

My friend and I went to a park and found these weird things!

They looks as if they might of been frogs. So I got a bottle and decided to examine it further. I brought it home. After a few days it has turned into this little green egg looking thing. I can see the little creature inside. Could this be a frog in the second stage? Perhaps growing legs?

Plz tell me I'd like to know!

  1. Does NOT sound like a frog to me.  Frogs do not develop legs while still in the egg.

Frogs lay eggs in a jelly mass.  The eggs hatch into tiny Tadpoles and break out of the jelly.  The Tadpoles grow much larger, then loose their tails as the rear legs, then the front legs appear.  Then you have a new frog.  They do not develop their adult coloration until after they become frogs.
