That depends on what you're trying to make.  Pentacles can be made with pretty much anything you find.  Ribbon, small sticks, etc... Also candles can be made but they're much cheaper to purchase.  Other things, like your chalice and bowl to hold water can be found around the house, as well as your athame or boline.  Incense is pretty inexpensive; if you have five bucks you can buy some incense and a holder or censer.  There are a lot of great online shops you can use to purchase good tools.

The only "things" you need to practice witchcraft are knowlege, will, concentration, imagination, passion, courage, and discipline. Here is one  website to help you with the first thing on that list;

There are many many other good websites but you should make the effort to sort through them yourself as that will help you develop some of the other 'things' from the list which you'll need.

If you are talking about handicrafts - perhaps wands or daggers or candles or robes - there are litterally thousands of things you could make,  but you were so vague when you wrote the question that I have no idea what you might want or be capable of making.

What type of witchcraft, white or black? Do you intend to help or hurt people? Items to help people can be found in any home. To hurt. I won't go there.

Well i dont practice witchcraft but they use herbs,candles(many colors),paper,ribbons,pots(cauldrons,sin... phases charts,tape,writing utencils,and alot of things you can find outside,voodoo dolls,pictures of people (to bind them or put a hex on) just go on google and they will tell you more.

answer: Almost all your tools can be made at home except the dagger.  A bowl filled with salt makes a good incense burner.  A special glass or chalice from a thrift store for your chalice, etc.

I would suggest more study before any actual workings.

Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft by Raymond Buckland and Wicca, a Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham are good choices.
