Does anyone know any website or software that translate any TEXT from english to another language?

i mean from english to ALBANIAn for example, (cause for other language i know). I heared about systran,and the babilon? these are for albanian language too(translate from english to albanian?

I've used Babelfish (babelfish.yahoo.com) to translate web pages but they don't support Albanian.   iGoogle supports more languages but not Albanian.  

If you just need an online dictionary ( a few words or a phrase), try http://www.argjiro.net/fjalor/
