Does anyone know anything about AIM Association- rec'd a job interview?

I rec'd an interview invitation by AIM association. I know they are associated with insurance companies but don't know what their services really are. Is this a commission based company?

They appear to be a financial planning organization. They should have both salary and commission jobs depending on what you do for them.
