Does anyone know anything about Biotrax? Mystery shopping etc. Is it genuine?

Hi there, i have seen a website called Biotrax. you need to pay £27 to join but then apparantly you get paid to mystery shop, test consumer products, medical trials etc. Does anyone know anything about them? Is it a scam and is it really worth it? Or just another rip-off?

totally bogus - they will take your money and just spam you.
