Does anyone know anything about a company called ACS?

It's in Tumwater, WA. I need to know more about it. I was hired for an inbound calling center but i've heard that it's actually telemarketing. Is this true? What do you know about this company?

It looks to me like ACS (Affiliated Computer Services) handles just about any business function that a client wants to give it.  In other words, the job you are discussing could be a telemarketing job, an inbound call center (maybe a customer service line), or almost anything else.  

It might be helpful to take a look at this short Wikipedia article about ACS:

It uses some special terminology, like "business process outsourcing solutions," but fortunately those are links that are explained elsewhere in Wikipedia.
