Does anyone know anything about a "rkhelpnet.com"?

"rkhelpnet.com" has attempted to withdraw funds from my checking account thru an electronic withdraw transaction. fortunately i had insufficent funds for transaction to be completed. unfortunately my bank charged me return check fees resulting in a negative balance in my account.
