Does anyone know anything about binaural beats?

What is it all about?Does it really work? Have you experienced it?

It's been a while but ?i used to listen to a cd set by immran called insght and focus endorsed by Dr. Mercola i used them everday and they relaxed me some the other woke me up and seemed to give me energy. I don't know if it was all in my head or they were really working but they seemed too. Apparently binaural beats have been used for a long time by some. Anyway go to the Mercola website and it explains it really well.

Another website that sells them are transparentcorp.com never ordered from them but i almost considered it. The people there use it in their personal life too for self improvement. Dr. Mercola also states that he uses them everyday to help him focus
