Does anyone know anything about market2fame doing talent auditions in Philadelphia?

Sounds like a scam to me.  I have never heard of them.  Be careful there are a lot of places that set up shop overnight, charge hopefuls a lot a money and promise an exciting career in modeling, singing, or acting.  

Philadelphia has a lot of legitimate theatrical venues like the Walnut Street Theatre that probably offer workshops and can put you in contact with real professionals.

Anytime anyone asks you for money and promises you fame, know they're lying.
