Does anyone know anything about ports? (PC)?

I am not currently in the uk and have a wireless internet connection from a local provider. I have been experiencing problems with passwords being suddenly non-functional on various sites that I use.

I have cports installed on my pc and have noticed many times that at varying times of the day my internet provider is connected to three of my ports. I disconnect them with no detriment to my service. Is there a valid reason why the provider would be connecting to these ports or is there a likelihood I'm being hacked ?

ur being hacked

change all ur passwords and if ur using the internet in the country ur in using wireless put a pass word on the laptop and be care were ever u use the internet.

It could be possible if your network has no password or an easy one. But, your computer could be using the ports, too. Windows Update, Limewire/BitTorrent, and other things could be using your connection when you're not around. Change all of your passwords and see if the problem continues.

Over my head, O pink one. Did you try those sites I posted before when you had a PC question? Might they have an answer?

I have read that it's very easy to hack into anything wireless.
