  1. There are plenty of Roulette systems out there, but as mentioned they can never help you overcome the fundamental fact that the odds are against you. You might get lucky a few times, but longterm you're a goner.

The only betting that for me has always worked is (a) sports arbitrage, where you find two bookmakers who offer wildly different odds and back both outcomes for a guaranteed profit and (b) casino bonus scalping, where you use the casino bonus to put the odds back in your favour.

Both are quite tricky to do, but will definitely beat the bookies if you don't get greedy. I used the info here http://roulettesystemreport.com/report/c... for the scalping method, and here http://www.arbforum.co.uk/ for the arbitrage.

Good luck, and be careful, don't get greedy!

  2. If you want to play for fun, play it live where you can see the wheel spin. I would never play on a machine, as you do not know how they are programmed to react to bets placed. I suspect the %age take is higher when it is virtual than when for real.

  3. I don't know specifically the kind you are talking about.  But even the fairest nicest American roulette game has a 5.26% house edge.  If there is only a single zero then the edge is about half that.  But you can't win in the long term.

So I suggest you stop wasting your money.

  4. ZCT is correct.

If you're losing it's because you're SUPPOSED to lose... the house as a built-in EDGE.  It's because they don't pay you "true odds."

For example, the true odds of hitting a single number on an American roulette wheel, is 1/38.  (1 chance out of 38 possible.)  If the game were fair they'd pay you 37 to your 1 every time you did hit it.  (1/38 = 37 to 1)  But do they?  Of course not.  The only pay you 35 to 1.

All other bets are similar... betting on red pays you even money (1 to 1) but the chances are GREATER than even money of the event occurring.  So you're getting shortchanged.

Don't waste your time with roulette.  A monkey could play it just as well as you, because there is NO skill involved.  There are no strategies or betting systems that can overcome the house edge.

  5. ok - here is how you guarantee a win if you have a big enough bankroll.

Bet £10 on red or black. If it comes in you are up.

If it doesnt come in you double your bet, so you will bet £20 on red or black. If it comes in you get back £40 for your £30 outlay. Again if it loses you double your bet, so £40, if it comes in you have £80 for £70 quid outlay. Obviously the longer you lose, the more money you need to keep putting in so if you are wrong 5 times you have bet £310 quid and would need £620 for the next bet. This system is not for the fainthearted or people with minimal bankroll.

  6. Don't play roulette dude! You are losing because its a losers game, the odds (as stated above) are bad, 38 to 1 on the board (i think) and 50/50 odd/even black/red, 3-1 blocks ext ext....... think about it 38 to 1....... If you where offered this bet from a guy in the street:

I have a bag with 37 white balls and one black ball. Give me a tenner and you can pick a ball if you pick the black ball i will give you 390 quid

You would tell him to "get to...." its just the same.

You always hear of the guy that won big. What you don't hear is the amount he spent to win or the guys that throw away a fortune/family's/life's for the chance at winning big.

Learn your lesson, learn one lesson

Sometimes you win, but the rest of the time you lose. That a simple, hard, cold fact!

    That's my 2 pence....

Ohh and video roulette is the biggest scam going.... its just a puggy with even worse odds. 70% ish payout my bum!
