Does anyone know anything about the 'youtube is banned' prank/virus?

I just came back from vacation, and wanted to check my youtube account. I went on, and then, all of a sudden, the internet window closed, and a pop-up saying 'youtube is banned you fools! the administrators didnt write this program then who did?? MUAHAHA' i thought i would wait a day, but it's still there! That's not the only site it 'blocked' if you know Orkut, it blocked that too. I think it's a virus. If anyone knows anything about it, or how to get rid of it, please help me!!!

2. Orkut or YouTube virus generally places itself in a hidden folder named heap41a in C drive of your computer .You can directly access this folder by typing C:\heap41a into your Run command box. You will see a variety of files, including Svchost, Script1, Reproduce, etc.  Here are a few simple and easy steps that you can follow in order to remove this virus:  

a. Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del and go to processes tab

b. Locate svchost.exe under the image name. There will be many processes by that name but look for the ones which have your username under the username. Just kill these processes by pressing Del key. Delete only those which have your username under the username

c. Open the run command and type C: heap41a and press enter. This is a hidden folder. Delete all the contents of this folder

d. Open the registry by typing regedit in the run box

e. Search for heap41a in the registry by using the find command

f. You will get something like this “[winlogon] C: heap 41asvchost.exe C: heapstd.txt“. Just delete the entries by pressing the del key

g. Close the registry editor

h. Now, open your browser and log on to www.orkut.com or www.youtube.com. Voila! You got it right!
