It was a program model for early childhood education facilities, does anyone know anything about what exactly the curriculum consisted of?

  1. It is a highly structured direct instruction curriculum where children were forced to sit and learn material by rote and repeat that material on demand. It was touted as the solution for low income kids who were behind. It taught lots of kids to hate school.
