Does anyone know anything about the Livescribe Smart Pen?

Question

I will be a senior in college in August and I am interested in learning more about this pen. I have nice handwriting, but I could just as easily bring my laptop to most classes. What do you know about this pen? Have you owned one before?

well i know that teacher's use them a lot. but i probably wouldn't recomend them for a college class..if you are a faster typer than writer, then you should definently bring your laptop instead of wasting your time with a pen. college will ruin your handwriting anyways, so..yea..all those professors with their fast talk and stuff..so hard to keep up!

my friend had one and she didnt really like it.

since this is your last year i wouldnt waste the money on one.

just take your laptop to class!!
