Does anyone know anything about this tv show?

Okay, it was a kids show, im not sure what network it was on, but it had puppets, there was a green puppet, that was a girl and there was a dog puppet that was brown and white i think, and there was also a grandmother puppet. they were in the garden outside alot? anyone know anything about this? what its called?
