  1. This is too large for long distance on roads, as it is too wide, too high and over length. Plan on getting it there by water.

It may be possible to move it a short distance, but the route will need to go around any overpasses due to height. Too high for rail, also.

It would help to know where you wanted to move this and from where. It is a big world.

    Good luck.

  2. If you're in the USA, just call the DOT, department of transportation, in your state. They will tell you exactly what you need to do.

  3. Three Buoys Houseboat, hmmm, nice house boat, there's quite a few in our area. To transport a houseboat, you should try to reduce the overall height to it's minimum, since many area's are restricted to 14" - 14'6" max.

Are last house boat that we transported was 45ft long, with a overall height of 14 ft, and they used a "low-rider" style trailer. The best is to find a houseboat transport company that has different equipment and trailers.

If you interested to know more about what's involved, you will get some great information at http://www.all-about-houseboats.com/hous...

and they have names of companies that will have more detailed info.

I hope this helps, and good luck in your project, IAN...
