  1. 1.7 mg is WAY less than 50 mg. it is water soluble so you will urinate the excess. just take the supplement according to the labeling.

  2. is this vitamin b`12 or b2(which i havnt heard of)

B12 is also called cyanobalmin and is important to the function of nerves. It is not very effective taken orally as it doesn't make it through the stomach well. It instead is usually taken as a  intro-muscular injection. In a dose of maybe 10ml, which i believe is much much more than 2mg.

B2 or riboflavin is what makes your urine yellow and as it is fortified in many foods, most people get enough through their diet. (if your pee is yellow) It adsorbs fine when taken orally.

    They are very different Vitamins.

  3. Have you talked to a pharmacist or doctor about supplementing only one of the B vitamins? They generally are best taken in a b-complex form as you can badly imbalance your body if you aren't taking all of them within a proper ratio of one to another.
