Does anyone know anything taht can make your hair grow?

My hair is not short its just i want it to be longer does anyone know anything that works?

My mom told me that if you eat unions it makes your hair grow faster. or if you cut the tips of your hair every 2-3 weeks, and if you braid your hair everyday.

Keeping your hair pulled back. Every 3 weeks trim it, very little. But what I have notice to work the best is Mane and Tail shampoo and conditoner. Its horse shampoo but its safe on humans. You find it in the pet section in wal-mart. My hair grew three inches in like a month doing that. My hair was a bob at my chin last august and by the end of sept my hair reached my shoulders. It also makes your hair real soft.
