  1.  A Rothenburg violin is a factory made violin out of a German violin building school. This violin is the premier violin for intermediate or advanced players. This violin is made from the best hand selected tone woods available. The backs are good aged maple and the top is aged spruce. All the fittings are ebony. Wooden horse hair Brazil woods make up the bow and are usually reasonably priced.

  2. A Rothenburg violin is a factory made violin out of a German violin building school. It is usually reasonably priced and is good for beginning students. If buying a used Rothenburg, you may want to replace the bridge and strings right away as they are the part that needs replacing most often. The maximum offered price would be like $18.00 apiece
