Does anyone know explanations for dreams we have?

i had a wicked freaky dream last night that my father was chasing me, my parents have been separated for about 2 years now, and my dad doesn't like me. so, I'm guessing that's what that has to do with? can someone help, i'm really freaked out. and oh, my grandma had a dream last night with my dad chasing her. how weird is that?!

It may be a warning. Subconsciously, you fear him. Given that your grandma had a similar dream, perhaps that fear is warranted.

It could also mean that something in your past is chasing you.

Not certain in your case, because everyone is different, but a father

in a dream can also represent God.  You never know; it could be God chasing you, and that's never a bad thing.
