ok im 14 goign on 15 in oct and im 5'5 or 5'6 and i weigh 159 and ive been exerciseing to try and get back in shap and ripped again but i need a exercise to get rid of fat were my puebs are cause i noticed when i push down on it my d**k gets a whole half a inch bigger and also i want those lines like the really rippeed guys have there(heres a picture) http://z.about.com/d/pilates/1/5/6/4/-/-/RectusAbdominis.jpg see how theres those lines down by the legs thats kinda what im talking about(by the way if i spelled anythign rounge or made typeing errors i type fast so i can save time srry but im in a hurry)
