  1. It depends on the type of salad, size of it and where you get it.

A "typical" side green salad (or appetizer size) seems to average between 6-8 CHF (although I've paid up to 18 CHF for one in a posh hotel in Geneva).

A "meal-sized" salad (ie. a salad "paysanne", or one that has cheese, meats, etc.) - between CHF 18 to CHF 30 (on average).

This is in restaurants.  You can buy restaurants in stores such as the Co-op or Migros for CHF 5-7 that are lunch worthy.  You can also buy bags of lettuce, shredded carrots (etc.) for about 30% more than it would cost in Canada or the US.

  2. probably about 3 - 5 swiss franks

  3. what kind of salad???

anywhere from CHF 5.00 to CHF 12.00

    depends where you buy it.
