Does anyone know hot to get chapstick stains out of clothing that have been washed and dried?

We have tried soaking in color safe bleach and water, tried dawn liquid detergent and the stains are still on everything.

For starters you don't say what kind of fabric this is. Second chap-stick is a oily base and this will need a little elbow grease. Buy some ERA at the store, a detergent and pour a little on the garment and scrub it into the clothes. Let it sit for a few hours and then wash. Check it BEFORE putting back in the dryer. If its not out do it again. This time leave over night.  It should come out first time but if not keep trying. If this outfit is white you can scrub with the ERA but after washing and it doesn't come out try a bleach pen. Good luck.
