Does anyone know how Bankers Life and Casualty Company's managment trainning program works? compensation?

What is the compensation? Is it salary plus comission or commission only? How long is the program?

It's Commission only!

The commission is HIGH but if someone cancels they deduct it from your next paycheck!

Your 1st paycheck is likely to be a month AFTER you start!

I'm a seasoned life/health sales agent and I sell very well.... (did that for 5 years before trying Bankers Life)

& I didn't get paid for over a month and I worked and drove around chasing clients and sold for 6 months!

They have continued sending me a bill - saying alot of my policies have since cancelled & they want my past paychecks BACK!

Straight commission, and you have to recruit the salespeople under you, to manage.  You basically have to make your own job here.
