Does anyone know how I can add a scrolling marquee to my yahoo group. I only found ones for blogs?

Ive tried several websites, and I'm not getting it to work. At one time I know there was a simple marquee tag to use, but I'm undable to find that.

Thanks in advance for any advice or help on this.

I have the color up there red, you may want to change it to some other color
