  5. social services in your county.

  6. You may want to consider adding some geographical reference, I can't say more until you do.

  7. Give her birth control for starters.  Then contact you local county wic department and see if they can help her.

  8. Churches, united way call for help...

    Check under social service organizations and start calling, call all churches, call hotels, Salvation army, homless shelters, ask church parishoners to help...
