Does anyone know how I can help myself sleep better?

I have this horrible sleeping pattern right now. I have an 8 month old baby .....she gets tooo sleep around 9-12 at night........I want to get her a sleep earlier but it's not working out soooooooooooooooooooo welll..... Then I can't get to bed till like 2-2 30 am ........ And then I toss and turn till 3-4 am... Then I sleep till 11-12the next day.. I hate this .. it sux soooooooooooo much? Any suggestiions

  1. first, you need to get the baby on schedule. 9-12 needs to change to 8 or 9. if the baby cries, just let her cry. you have to be healthy, to keep your baby healthy. make sure you don't take naps past 3 pm, and try not to take any at all. once the baby goes to bed, you go to bed by 10. don't eat or exercise 2 hours before you go to sleep. a glass of warm milk will help as well. also, exercise atleast 30 minutes a day, whether it be walking or jumping jacks, whatever. find a hobby to keep you busy during the day, maybe working with your baby. decrease your caffeine and sugar intake as well. also, you may want to pay a visit to your doctor to see if maybe you have some anxiety or something. I've dealt with sleeping problems for some time and found out i was having anxiety. i got on medicine and i sleep great. also, get up by 8 am. Learn to stay on this pattern and it should really help. good luck.


  2. why don't u wear socks while u sleep...

    or bath with warm water..add a portion of lavender oil...

    its relaxing n make your sleep better..
