Does anyone know how I can improve my coordination?

  1. Try some yoga, this will teach you to concentrate on your body more, they have some good programs on fittv, if you don't get it find it on someone elses tv and tape the shows you maybe interested in


  2. yeah sure you can do all those other things but what you really need to do is have your team get in  game positions and practice were ur supposed to be and what ur supposed to be doing.

Some of the answers you already have are NOT good ideas for improving hand eye coordination.  Try standing 6 feet away from a wall, have a friend/coach throw a tennis ball at the wall, try to catch the ball with two hands.  Get closer to the wall as you get better at this.  Back up a little if you are not able to catch the ball.  Then have your friend/coach throw the ball within a 10-12 foot area so you have to take a step or two to get to the ball.

  4. Well, I am very well coordinated, and that's because I take gymnastics classes. It helps your coordination because they teach you to keep your balance on the beams. They start you off easy, then work your way up to advanced. You will be more flexible and coordinated. Your mind is what helps your body to move into certain positions, and your mind will get restimuated, and be refreshed after each class, sort of like yoga. Not to mention it's fun too!   5. I have the same issue. I just try and take everything slowly the first time. Trully studying every step in the process. From walking to playing sports I have to concentrate on what I am doing and how my body responds to what my brain is telling it. I have to practice a little more than others. But it is achievable.. good luck

  8. run for as long as u can do sum sit-ups and push-ups and lunges jumping jacks for about 30 min every day trust me i have freat abs and i'm only 15 bout to be 16 so if i can do it i'm sure u can to
