Does anyone know how I can re-size a photo?

There's photos that I would like to make much smaller in their full size so they will send faster. Does anyone know I can do this? Thanks!

An easier way to resize picture would be by using Ms-Paint.

*Open a picture using Ms-paint.

*Click "CTRL+W"

*And Resize the picture in the way you want.

*Then Press  "CTRL+A", "Right click on the  

picture", go down to "Copy to" and click on it, Then  choose a folder you want to save the picture to.



*Pictures saved from ms-paint are usually in Bitmap format. So, Before you hit the save button. Choose JPEG  format for the picture on "Save type as", and hit the  save button.
