Does anyone know how I can speak to someone at Ticketmaster?

Question

I have bought a ticket to a Linkin Park concert with a VIP pass but only the pass arrived and not the ticket. I sent a question to them but they just sent me a reply saying it was sent on 25th June. Well I know that because I received the pass but they did obviously not read the fact that I had not received my actual ticket to the concert. I can't find any way to actually speak to someone at Ticketmaster, does anyone have a phone number or tell me how I can sort this out. Thank you
