Does anyone know how I connect my mobile phone to a factory fitted BMW Business cd stereo?

I don't seem to have the business cd player manual with my car so if anyone knows where I can get one that would really help my general ignorance levels?

if its a 2din stereo theres a i pod converter which could be inserted to the cassette player (you can connect anything to the 3.5mm out ) if not not there should be some" aux in "plug of some type to connect if it supports of course.
