Does anyone know how I would get to St. Cloud or light rail from Mall of America, Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN.

From whatever bus there is for as cheap as possible.

  2. Go to the 700 block of Transfer Street in St. Paul.  Take Train #7 to St. Cloud.  I think the bus station is close by too.
