  1. Never heard of a pardon except by the States Governor. You should apply for expungement. This is done through the courts.

  2. You get an application (contact your state's board of pardons, or governor's office. Pardons processes vary greatly by state). You fill it out, pay a filing fee, and wait.

  3. Yes. Your state has a Board of Pardons office that you can contact. Look in the phone book or call the Superior Court for your area and they should give you the info your looking for. Some or most pardons have to be done by the Governor of the state you reside in. You should also have your record expunged once your through going to the pardons board. It's a lot of red tape and time-consuming, but worth it. Good Luck.

  4. Pardons are granted by Governors and Presidents. I would first contact the District Attorney who prosecuted the case and try to get them to recommend a pardon, then if there were any "victims' they should also be contacted. then use what you have to contact the Governor.

If you e-me with more details, I may be better able to give specific advice.

  5. LOL....

Unless youre rich or have friends in high places, you're out of luck.  You must also be white and male.
