Does anyone know how could I hire Filipino servant from Hong Kong to US?

What kind of visa should the Filipino apply for? apply in US or in HK. She is now working for my sister in HK. She would like to work in US.

You have to apply from here. You would file an application for a work visa and all the related papers needed for that.

You can't.  That's unskilled labor and the US is not giving out that kind of visa right now.  It's been years since that type of visa was issued.  We have plenty of Americans who are qualified, willing and able to take a job like that.

The only work visas the US is giving out, and there a huge waiting list that's measured in years, is for skilled labor.  Skilled labor requires a college degree in a field of study that directly relates to the job here in the USA.
