  1. Most german cities are very efficient with the transportation that they offer from airport to city center.

With its own railway station, Düsseldorf Airport offers a comfortable alternative to arriving by car. Over 350 trains, from street cars to the high-speed ICE, stop daily at the Düsseldorf Airport Station. It is located at the eastern end of the airport grounds. SkyTrain, a fully-automated cable railway brings you from the railway building directly into the terminal.

Depending on the travel agency and airline, train fare to and from the airport is included in the price of your flight ticket. This is the case for TUI customers (national traffic). For exact information, please contact your travel agent.

You  mention how to find the hotel. Once you get off the train you might just want to take a taxi to your hotel. Make sure you have the complete address and hotel name written on a piece of paper for the driver.

  2. There is a train or "S" train (local Express train) leaving every few minutes. Take the "S" train No 1 or 7 to the city (station Hauptbahnhof)takes 12 minutes only. Follow the signs downstairs to the platform to S trains, a train leaves every 10 minutes 03, 13 etc...

  3. It's ultra easy, only five stops away on the local s-bahn. take the #7.
