  1. Saliva.

  2. Get a spray that clears up the fog.

  3. Before you swim, wipe the inside of the goggles with toothpaste (non-gel). The anti-fog things are rubbish, expensive and don't last for very long.

When You are actually in the water and you find that fog is still building up; spit in the lenses of the goggles; that will almost certainly stop it (fogg)

This works as Saliva (spit), and toothpaste have chemicals in them that kill/get rid of the manufactures chemicals that make them condensate (fog).

I hope you found this useful. If you need any more info look here...

Have a good time with your new tips!

  4. warm water soap then scrub. also I agree like at meets just use your spit. but the soap should last for a week in a half.

  5. i just take my goggles of and dip them in the water than wipe the inside with my finger it's better than spray and it's free

  6. This may sound nasty, but l**k the inside of your goggles. That's what my coach told me to do, but I never did it. Hahhh.

  7. First rinse the mask with water. Then put toothpaste, PASTE not gel. Rub it in with you finger. Rinse the mask again. Then put saliva in your mask rub it around. Rinse then breath into the mask if it fogs up repeat until it works and each time before you go in the water saliva it.

The reason you use the toothpaste is the producers put a film over it which protects the lenses from scratchs.

  8. there's two ways I know of if you just need to clean it really quick during practice you can just take your fingers and wipe them out and that works until you take your goggles off again in the pool. Or you could also use the anit-fog spray.  Some goggles even come with anit-fog "built" into them.  Good luck with the foggy goggles hope I helped!

  9. Goggles get foggy because your eyes raise the temperature in the cups, while the outside is cooler. So I usually leave some cool drinking water in both cups to cool the inside. The water remains at the bottom and doesnt interfere with the eyes when swimming the breast-stroke or the front-crawl. The trick is to introduce just the right amount of water.

  10. either spit on it or use  a solution  baby shampoo mixed with water.  Make sure you rinse it.  now if you are stuck at the bottom of the ocean you just want to fill it with water and then clear it out with air.  (it is a technique you will need to learn if you want to SCUBA dive)

  11. yeah u cood just use the anti fog spray they usually work but if u cant be bothered buying one of those all ypu have to do is clean them.

Goggloes fog up becuase all the chlorine has built up on them and they are dirty. All you have to do it run them under fresh water and clean them with everyday had soap (the liquid one) then dry  with a glasses cleaner. If they still fog up then you should probobly buy the spray but all I do is clean them and then there fine =]

    hope that helps =]

  12. just use the anti-fog spray for goggles!!!
