I could find no complaints lodged against GFM Electronics and many positive remarks regarding their products and warranty (six months).

I researched this question for quite some time and, based on what I have found, I would say that GFM Electronics is a reputable firm that stands behind its line of products (personal audio equipment, boom boxes, home theater gadgets, clock radios, televisions, stereos, etc.).
