Does anyone know how hard or easy it is to breed these fish?

The Doctor fish is not particularly difficult to breed,that being said,they are not easy enough to be called a beginners fish. They are of the Cyprindae family(Toothed carps) and therefore egglayers. If you have long summers and warm weather it might be possible to propagate them out of doors in a temporary "pond" container. Years ago I had some success with outdoor breeding in a 300 gallon horse trough.
